Osstivia SNEDDS: Bone Modulation
An experimental, high-bioavailability evolution of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Extract. Osstivia utilizes a Self nano-emulsifying dietary delivery system (SNEDDS) to increase the bioavailability and permeation of lipophilic botanical compounds shown to actively promote bone growth, remodeling, increase bone density, increase osteoblast activity, and inhibit osteoclasts.
Daemonorops Draco has been completely removed to make room for 3X more Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL) compared to previous batches. Customers should expect even better performance and targeted results.
Beyond bone modulation, Osstivia also acts as a natural anabolic for muscle support and a great health supplement. Osstivia by itself won't magically grow bone, it is only there to increase the rate of your results and boost them. In simple words, Osstivia is a booster that helps with existing stimulation. You need to pair it with a mechanical load that stimulates growth, like chewing hard gum that is enough for strain.
The SNEDDS Advantage
Average supplements cannot bypass first-pass metabolism and end up destroyed during digestion. We are actively advancing the science with what we have, unlike the standard supplement industry.
-
Straight to the Bloodstream. Ossialabs uses a Self nano-emulsifying dietary delivery system (SNEDDS) that literally increases the bioavailability and permeability of active botanical compounds. This helps bypass first-pass metabolism and leads to a good amount of the botanical compounds going straight to the bloodstream.
-
Superior to Powders. Rat studies are mainly used to choose a botanical. While we know rats aren't similar in gut and human digestion, active botanical compounds CAN modulate pathways. By pushing SNEDDS predominantly to close that bioavailability gap, we can achieve more accurate results than just taking "powder".
-
We Are The Human Studies. Osstivia SNEDDS is strictly experimental, and our community serves as the early human studies. It shows great promise for the people who have used it, and we plan on conducting formal studies in the future.
Growth Mechanisms & Science
Important: Osstivia is both dose and time dependent. Consistent application is required to trigger the growth pathways.
Based on data. To include preclinical and emerging clinical data:
-
Clinical Human Trials. A clinical trial involving women taking FLL powder documented significant improvements in bone mineral density. While this study utilized a basic milk powder delivery, it demonstrates massive potential. By utilizing SNEDDS to bypass first-pass metabolism and send compounds straight to the bloodstream, we are engineered to achieve even greater results.
-
Targeted Pathways. Osstivia acts directly on critical bone modulation pathways. Deep pharmacological research shows FLL strongly influences the RANKL-RANK/TRAF6-NF-kB/MAPK-NFATc1 axis, suppressing marrow adipogenesis and increasing ALP for mineralization. It also engages the PI3K/Akt-RUNX2/OPN and MMP-mediated ECM turnover networks.
-
Canonical Wnt & BMP-2 Modulation. The enhanced, 3X concentrated Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in the formulation modulates canonical Wnt/β-catenin and BMP-2/Smad pathways, promoting osteoblastogenesis while decreasing osteoclast drive, Nox4/ROS, and oxidative stress.
-
Calcium Optimization. Studies show FLL improves calcium retention, absorption, and deposition by upregulating the PTH/VDR/TRPV6 axis, creating a superior mineralization environment.
-
Natural Anabolic Muscle Support. Osstivia contains compounds native to FLL like Ursolic Acid, Oleanolic Acid, and Salidroside. These botanical components function as a natural anabolic, providing promising evidence for supporting muscle health and function. While their role in muscle is well-supported, structural bone changes from these specific isolates are not yet heavily documented in humans.
Mandatory Synergy Protocol for Facial Aesthetics
Osstivia provides the boost, but mechanical loading provides the results. For facial aesthetics and condyle growth & remodeling, hard chewing is mandatory.
"If I can demonstrate that chewing alone could change mandible morphology, even if slightly, would you concede that having a supplement that promotes osteoblast activity would improve chewing alone?"
-
30 Minute Limit. Chew for a total of 30 minutes a day. Do NOT chew for hours or constantly clench, as this leads to TMJD and has negative effects on the condyle.
-
Cheekbone & Mandible. Hard chewing grows and remodels the condyle, which leads to improvements in the mandible. That is the growth site of the mandible, that's where growth and rotation happens, and its growth affects chin projection. You MAY potentially get zygo improvements since the zygomatic bones are strained when chewing, which can lead to morphological changes. The reason it might change is because chewing provides dynamic oscillative strain to surrounding sutures. Osstivia is there to increase the rate of chewing results and boost chewing results, so pairing Osstivia with chewing is needed for better results. So, hard chewing with Osstivia will help with chin projection because you are growing the condyle.
-
Growth Potential. Hypertrophic growth cartilage and condyle remodeling exists even after puberty in the mandible, so keeping bone health up definitely helps take advantage of that. If it increases proliferation, which Osstivia does, it would be enough to boost chewing results. You're not done remodeling the condyle even after your 60s. However, growth is most potent now, so take advantage of being young and hard chew.
-
Timing. Take Osstivia 10–20 minutes BEFORE your hard chewing session for maximum uptake.
How to Chew Correctly (Hard Gum)
-
Form & Focus. Open mouth while chewing. Don’t be distracted; focus on the movement.
-
Technique. Chew bilaterally (both sides). Position the gum, bite a couple of times, roll the gum with your tongue, and repeat.
-
Pacing & Rest. Take rests in between. For example, chew for 1 minute, then rest for 45s–1 min. Rinse and repeat until you hit 30 minutes. Do NOT chew for more than 30 minutes total (including rest time).
-
Keep it Tough. If the gum gets soft, use ice water and let it sit in your mouth for a couple of seconds, then resume chewing.
-
Safety Note. If you have an overbite, contact the Craniofacial Research Collective (CRC) first before chewing.
Care, Usage & Taste Profile
-
Do NOT: Do not refrigerate. Do not place near the sun. Do not put in super warm liquids. Do NOT shake if the product is already diluted.
-
You CAN: Take Osstivia by itself or put it in water to drink. You can drink other beverages before or after taking it. You can shake the bottle before use (undiluted).
-
Safety & Toxicology. Osstivia has had no negative side effects reported at all. The botanical compound is well tolerated even in high amounts (though please follow the dosing guide and do not overdose). We encourage you to look into Fructus Ligustri Lucidi toxicology, as extensive studies show it is remarkably safe and lacks systemic toxicity.
-
Taste Profile. This is an advanced formulated product; it does not taste sugary or fake. Some users are sensitive to the excipients, while others don't mind. It is an acquired taste you will get used to.
New Measurement Dosing System
We have upgraded from drops to a precise measurement dropper (mL). Start Low: We recommend starting at 0.5 mL and building up to the max of 2.0 mL.
